Jingle Bell Run/Walk returns to Sioux Falls

The Arthritis Foundation North Central Chapter will hold the Sioux Falls Jingle Bell Run/Walk, a one-day 5K run/walk to help fight arthritis, the nation’s number one cause of disability, Friday, Nov. 27. Participants can register online at www.siouxfallsjbr09.kintera.org, or at the event. All participants will receive a free t-shirt. Standard registration is $25 before Nov. 21 and $30 after Nov. 21.
The Sioux Falls Jingle Bell Run/Walk will be held at the Sioux Falls Family YMCA and precedes the Avera Parade of Lights. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. and the run/walk begins at 6:45 p.m. Participants can choose to run/walk inside or outside. The walk is fully supported and features snacks, water and entertainment. Those not interested in running or walking are urged to volunteer on the day of the run/walk, call 800-333-1380 for more information.
Money raised at the Jingle Bell Run/Walk will go to fund programs and services for the estimated 1.2 million people living with arthritis in the North Central Chapter area, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
