Construction work begins on SD 42 east of Sioux Falls

On July 2, crews will begin crack sealing the asphalt pavement on SD 42 from the Iowa state line west 6.5 miles. Traffic will be maintained through the project using lane closures.
Highway Improvement, Inc., Sioux Falls, is the prime contractor. This work will take approximately one week to complete.
Total project cost is $267,085.00.
