Starting your own business series

Have you dreamed about starting your own business but didn't know where to begin? In honor of Small Business Week, Siouxland Libraries is excited to offer a
three-part small business start-up series presented by local experts Mark Slade, from the South Dakota Small Business Development Center, and local SCORE Chapter chairperson Cari Fossum.
In the first two sessions, Slade will give expert advice on developing entrepreneurship skills and building your business plan and budget. In the final session, Fossum will share resources that will help you get your new business off the ground.

Wednesday, May 15: Noon to 1 p.m.: Entrepreneurship and Building the Business Plan.
Wednesday, May 22: Noon to 1 p.m.: Building the Budgets.
Wednesday, May 29: Noon to 1 p.m.: Business Resources for Start-ups.
All sessions will be held in Meeting Room A at the Main Library, 200 North Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls.
