Aspen Park, Safe Routes to School plans on tonight's Brandon City Council agenda

The Aspen Park master plan and a revised concept plan for the Safe Routes to Schools path will be presented at tonight's meeting of the Brandon City Council.
Also on tonight's agenda is the annual review of city employee's health insurance plan, the Brandon Valley Area Chamber of Commerce's annual report and a request for an additional $6,000 for marketing purposes, and a presentation from Nick Fosheim, who is the executive director of Minnehaha County Economic Development Association.
A request for a bean bag tournament in McHardy Park and a pay request for the water tower project will also be considered.
As usual, the meeting, which is open to the public, starts at 6 p.m. in the Council chambers at 308 Main Ave.
